Each registered ticket is valid for one person only. No split or shared registrations. 
Online Summit access details are provided for the registered attendee only and are not to be shared. 
For cancellations of Extended Replay add-ons, including change of mind, the following refund policy applies:
Cancellations must be made in writing to admin@illumelearning.com.au
Cancellations made 15 days or more days prior to the event will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
Cancellations made 14 days or less prior to the event will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
Illume Learning takes no responsibility for emails not received due to errors or typos. Attendees should contact admin@illumelearning.com.au in the event access details for the virtual conference are not received. 
Free access to the Online Summit content closes midnight Sunday 31st March, no exceptions.
Extended Replay access to the Online Summit content closes midnight Wednesday 30th May, no exceptions.
Refunds will not be offered in the event of non-attendance.
