All Tickets include entry to the festival. On the day the club opens at 10am , entry to the festival from 11am , live entertainment from 11.30am , gin tastings , gin tasting glass and 2 Gin Tokens
1 token = 1 Standard drink OR 2 Tokens = 1 Signature cocktail.
Gin Tokens can be redeemed at any Gin Distillery stand or inside the club at any Point of Sale. Tokens are only redeemable on the day.
Additional drink tokens will also be available to purchase.

The festival is for over 18's only and is in the backyard of Davistown RSL Club. Entry is via the Club's main entrance. Standard club sign-in procedures & dress regulations will apply on the day. ( Gents no singlets please)

Food Stalls will be available on the day. NO FOOD OR DRINK IS ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT INTO THE EVENT.

• Stuffed chicken supreme, Spinach, mushroom and fetta served with creamy garlic mash, Dutch carrot topped with Red wine jus. GF
• Grilled crispy skin Barramundi served with green goddess mash, broccolini and confit truss tomato topped with lemon beurre blanc GF
• To Finish - Shared Petite Desserts Hand crafted pastries with chocolate cacao, king island double cream, strawberries and fresh mint

General Information for all ticket holders ....
In the event of inclement weather this event may be postponed . Please watch the Club's social media for announcements closer to the day. This is an outdoor event , whilst there is limited shaded areas on the deck for the reserved Big Shot Lunch tickets all attendees are encouraged to dress appropriately. Hats and sunscreen or wet weather clothing should be worn appropriate to the weather conditions. Sensible footwear is also encouraged .

REFUND POLICY
Refunds are only issued if the event is cancelled. If you can no longer attend, you may give or sell your ticket to another person. Tickets are fully transferable for the same session on the scheduled day.
