By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Sharing Best Practice – Sydney 2024 (‘SBP’) Terms and Conditions

1) Keynote & Workshops
Although we will strive to ensure that event information, including all plans, timings, along with details of keynotes & workshops, are accurately described on our website and/or via other communication mediums, all details remain subject to change and we do not warrant the accuracy of the information provided. In the event that we become aware of an issue, change or omission related to SBP, we reserve the right to publish an update and/or correction on our site as we deem necessary.

2) Returns & Refunds
A full refund or credit may be offered by SBP to the purchaser of a ticket to the conference, subject to the following terms:
1. The refund is requested in writing, 14 days or more before the event in question is to be held; and
2. Your order has been fully paid.

3) Personal Property
Attendees are responsible for any and all personal property they have brought to the SBP conference. The SBP conference, its organisers, and the school at which the conference will be held, are not responsible for any damage to, loss, or theft of any personal property.

4) Conference Live Stream and Recording
By attending the SBP conference, you acknowledge and accept that:
1. You may be filmed and recorded (video and audio) at the event as part of our ‘live stream’ and ‘event replay’; and
2. The video and audio stream from the event may be broadcast over the internet or other mediums to other participants remotely during and after the event; and
3. The video and audio recordings may be used in marketing our products and services, as part of promotional materials; and

5) Ticketholders must agree to these terms in order to attend the SBP conference
All attendees will be bound to these terms by attending the SBP conference. If you have purchased tickets on behalf of one or more people, these terms and conditions must be shared with those attendee(s) prior to the event.
If any person intending to attend the event does not agree to one or more of our terms and conditions prior to their attendance, a full refund or credit of the value of an individual ticket price for the attendee may be offered to the purchaser, subject to the following conditions:
i. The ticket holder does not wish to be filmed; and
ii. The attendee or a person, school or company authorised to act on their behalf, provides notice of the rejection of terms, to the SBP organisers, in writing (email is acceptable), at minimum, 14 days before the event was scheduled to be held or at our discretion.
