By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Cancellations made 10 business days or more in advance of the workshop date will receive 100% refund.

Cancellations made less than 10 business days before the workshop will be non-refundable but may be transferred to another participant.

Requests to move to an alternative delivery date less than 10 business days before the workshop will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Activ will make best endeavours to accommodate changes, however if there are no other alternative dates, cancellation clause 2 applies.

If minimum numbers for the workshop are not met, Activ will cancel the event and participants will be notified and given the option of either an alternative delivery date or a full refund.
