Things you should know...
Our class starts at 7pm sharp. We kindly ask you to arrive at least 5 minutes before 7pm. This gives you time to find a seat and get comfortable. Arriving late can disrupt the class, so to avoid any stress, come early; we open at 6:30pm.

Can't make it?
If you have a ticket but can't attend, please inform us. We'll provide an exchange or refund if you request it (via email only) before 1:00pm on the day of your booked class. If you're changing the date, include the new class date in your email. Unfortunately, last-minute cancellations via social media won't be eligible for an exchange or refund. Instead, consider gifting your ticket to a colleague or friend. For cancellations or exchanges, email Lou at hello@coatescommunityarts.com.
