In-person delegates: Places for GOU 2024 are limited, and it is very difficult to find replacements at short notice, given the need for most attendees to find cover. For these reasons, the registration fee is non-refundable within 30 days prior to the commencement of the event (after Tuesday, 22nd October 2024). (You may wish to take out travel insurance so that you are covered if your plans change and you can no longer attend).

Online delegates: Online delegates will receive log-in information closer to the event date. Recordings will be available for a limited time after the event (to all delegates), subject to individual speaker discretion and IT capabilities. Full refunds for online tickets will only be provided up to 7 days before the conference starts, therefore the last day for refund requests is Thursday 14th November 2024.
