Terms and Conditions  −  Nanga Music Festival Tickets 2024

For information about this event, please refer to the Nanga Music Festival Website at nangamusic.org.au

Please note that the Nanga Bush Camp is a rustic venue with bush tracks, uneven surfaces and natural hazards. In purchasing tickets to attend the Nanga Music Festival you accept that you will be exposed to such an environment and further accept that you are responsible to ensure your own safety within this natural environment.

Parents and guardians of children (under 18 years of age) are responsible for their safety on site at all times. A river flows around this property and children are not permitted to swim or play unsupervised in the vicinity of the river.

At all times comply with the directions of the Nanga Bush Camp staff who have control of the entire site.

Please note that Nanga Music Festival does not refund the cost of any tickets except in the event that the festival is cancelled. Tickets may be assigned to others provided the original purchaser advises Nanga Music Festival of the identity of the new owner. Ticket holders who do not match the identity of the ticket purchaser will be refused entry.

Any ticket holder who is sick with COVID-19 at the date of the festival will be eligible for a full refund provided you email the festival via the link on the festival website prior to 5pm on Friday 7 October 2022 to advise of your circumstances. This is to safeguard all people attending the festival and minimise the risk of infected people attending the event. Please note, this refund for COVID illness applies to entry and accommodation only. Meal bookings cannot be refunded as ingredients and staffing will have been paid to the caterer in advance.

We encourage ticket holders to take a RAT prior to coming to the event and welcome people wearing masks at the event in circumstances where they are unable to practice social distancing.

Should you become unwell while at the event please be considerate of others and err on the side of caution when choosing to mix with other patrons. If you feel that you should leave the event please advise a member of the organising committee and a part-refund can be negotiated should you wish.
