All refunds are subject to His Majesty's refund policy. "As a condition of sale, there are no refunds, exchanges or cancellations once the booking is complete except in accordance with applicable laws. You can provide your ticket to another person."

Full refunds only available up until midnight Fri 10 May. Email "Event Organiser".

After Sat 11 May no tickets are refundable but can be transferred to another person. You can contact the conference organsiers of d17conference@toastmastersd17.org to enquire if we have a waitlist and can connect you with them to purchase your ticket. 

The Virtual District Council Meeting on Sunday 19 May is an online meeting. Any Toastmaster can attendant no charge but only voting delegates (Club President, Club VP Education or District officer) can speak to a motion or vote.

Every effort will be made to cater for dietary needs but cannot be guaranteed.
