CANCELLATION POLICY for FED WALKS 24 AT WILSON’S PROM 11-13 OCTOBER 2024

For cancellation of the package prior to 11 September 2024,
$55, less $10 cancellation fee will be refunded. The accommodation component of the package will also be refunded, if we can fill your vacated accommodation booking. There will be NO refund on the dinner.

There will be NO refunds within 30 days of the event unless a Medical Certificate is provided.

If you are also booked on the Wanderer Adventures 7 am boat cruise from Tidal River to Sealers Cove, and this is subsequently cancelled there will be a refund for the cruise.

Should Parks Victoria or the Fed Walks 24 organising committee decide to cancel the event, there will be a FULL refund.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
