The Department of Transport Regulations requires that seat belts are mandatory for all passengers and must be worn at all times.
Prices and itineraries are accurate when printing; however, Cairns Adventure Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel itineraries due to weather conditions, flooding, or other factors beyond the operator's control. If Cairns Adventure Tours cancels due to weather, a refund will be provided. Please note that travel insurance is not included.

Cancellations received within 18 hours prior to departure and no-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee with no refund available. Private charters cancelled 7 days or less before the scheduled date will also incur a 100% cancellation fee. Rebooking fees may apply for any changes made within these timeframes.
Any expenses incurred by any passenger due to actions or omissions by the operator, its employees, and agents are the sole responsibility of the passenger. The operator cannot guarantee exact arrival or departure times and is not liable for any missed connections with other services, the type of vehicle used, or the operation of any service.
Please reconfirm your tour and any special dietary requirements with reservations at least 48 hours prior to travel.
By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.
