1) The Square Dance Dress Code applies to all sessions except Sunday Night, where it is permissible to dress in theme. The Dress Code Guideline are published on the V.S.D.A. website. In particular, heels must be a minimum of 25 mm square and shoes must not contain steel heel or toe plates. Please ensure all "Themed" outfits on the Sunday Night are tasteful, appropriate for Square Dancing and NOT offensive to other dancers.
2) Dancers & Non Dancers - YOU ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR & DISPLAY your Convention Ribbon on the front upper portion of your blouse/shirt at all times whilst within the Venue. This entitles you to entry to all sessions.
3) Interstate Dancers are classified as honorary V.S.D.A. members for registration purposes
4) Mainstream (with the inclusion of Grand Slide) will be the minimum level of Square Dancing for this Convention. Some sessions, as indicated, will be at higher levels.
5) A cancellation fee of $10 per person will be charged and any refunds will be as per the V.S.D.A. "Function Refund Policy" as published on the V.S.D.A. website
6) The Committee reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, or to ask any person to leave the venue if the Convention rules or guidelines are broken - this includes people wearing outfits deemed offensive to others on the Theme night
7) To be eligible for members price tickets, all dancers must be a 2025 financial V.S.D.A. member
