OUR TERMS & CONDITIONS

A.   DEPOSIT

A deposit of $500 (for single bookings) and $1000 (for double or twin share) will secure your booking.

B.   BALANCE OF PAYMENT

Soon after booking you will receive a confirmation email, which will include account details to transfer the balance of payment. The balance of payment is due on or before 12 April, 2024. 

C.   ONLINE EVENT REGISTRATION FORM

Once balance of payment is received, you will receive a link to register for this retreat, which will ask for relevant contact details, emergency contact, medical declaration, dietary considerations etc. Please complete this registration form as soon as possible after receiving it. Note, information in this registration is required for us to book transport and communicate dietary needs to the resort.

D.   CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Retreat officially commences at 2pm however check in is available from 1.30pm on 31/5/24.
Check out is at 12.30am on 5/6/24.

E.   CANCELATION POLICY

If WE (the retreat organiser) cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund (including your $500 or $1000 deposit).

If YOU (the participant) have to cancel your booking you will need to send your cancelation request to timoddie@bigpond.com.

For requests received:

Before 12 March 2024:  You will be charged a small administration fee of $100 (for a single) or $200 (for double or twin share).
Between 13 March - 12 April 2024:  You will forfeit your whole deposit.
Between 13 April - 15 May 2024:  You will forfeit 50% of money paid.
Between 16 May - 31 May, 2024: You will forfeit 100% of money paid. 

To avoid cancellation fees, please keep in touch with us! Email Tim at timoddie@bigpond.com and explain your situation so that we can assist you and hopefully find a solution together. 

F.    TRAVEL & CANCELATION INSURANCE

In the unfortunate situation that you need to cancel your retreat plans, we strongly suggest you take out international travel insurance (with cancelation cover). Before attending this retreat you must provide us with the name of your travel insurance provider and policy number. This information will be requested at time of online registration. 

G.   EVENT DOCUMENTATION

We will be visually documenting this event for future promotional use. Please let us know if this is a problem.
