Refund Policy

Cancellations up to 1st January will be accepted at a full refund less administration costs of $25.00 per ticket.

Cancellations, changes and/or refunds will be accepted from 1st January 2024 at a 50% refund amount.

What this will mean for you in the case that the the Newcastle Summer Dance Intensive is postponed:

You can either credit your ticket towards an alternative Summer Dance Intensive or

If you are unable to attend the new scheduled dates, we will provide you with a refund less a $25.00 administration fee.

Model Release & Limitations on Liability

All participants in workshops, competitions and shows must agree to the following:

I authorise National College of Dance the use of images for promotional material, being photographs and video footage taken during the event.

National College of Dance and all their contracted instructors and staff are not liable for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property whilst attending the Dance Intensive.

Child Protection Policies
Our organisation is committed to child safety. National College of Dance has a a Code of Conduct which sets out clear expectations for appropriate behaviour with children within our organisation, to help protect children from abuse.

We want children to be safe, happy and empowered. We support and respect all children, as well as our staff and volunteers.

We have zero tolerance of child abuse and bullying, and all allegations and safety concerns will be treated very seriously and consistently with our robust policies and procedures.


We have legal and moral obligations to contact authorities when we are worried about a child’s safety, which we follow rigorously.

Our organisation is committed to preventing child abuse and identifying risks early, and removing and reducing these risks.
