2. Payment: Full payment is required to secure your spot for an event. Access to events / webinars will only be granted upon receipt of payment in full.

3. Refunds: Refunds are available upon request up until 24 hours before webinar's scheduled start time. No refunds will be provided after this period. Refunds for in-person events are available one week prior to the event.

4. Name Changes: If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another individual up until 24 hours before the event / webinar's scheduled start time. To transfer your registration, please notify us with the name and contact information of the individual who will be attending in your place.

6. Content: All webinar / event content is proprietary. Recording, re-distribution, or unauthorized sharing of the webinar / in-person events are prohibited.

10. Webinar Attendance Policy

Each registration for a Zoom webinar is valid for a single attendee only. The sharing of webinar access links is strictly prohibited. Individuals wishing to attend the webinar must register independently to gain access. This ensures compliance with our attendance protocols and maintains the integrity of the event.

11. Prohibition of Automated Transcription Services

12. To ensure active participation and compliance with Continuing Professional Development (CPD) requirements, attendees must attend the entire live webinar session. Cameras must remain on to promote engagement and accountability. For pre-recorded webinars hosted on the Pointsbuild platform, members must complete a brief quiz after watching to obtain CPD points. Failure to adhere will result in non-recognition of CPD points.

The use of AI transcription applications or any automated transcription services during SCA (Vic) webinars is not permitted. This measure is in place to protect the confidentiality and proprietary content of the webinar presentations. Attendees are expected to respect this policy to uphold the quality and security of the event.

By registering for webinars / in-person events, participants acknowledge that they have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
