By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Persons under the age of 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

No BYO - As we are a fully operational café we do not allow any outside food/snacks/drink to be brought onto our premises, with this said, if you have any special requirements that you need to cater for please mention this when booking & we will try to accommodate where possible & if we cannot assist we will give approval for food/drink to be brought onsite.

Cancellation & Refunds: If you are cancelling your ticket/s to attend an event and are applying for a refund, you need to contact the events team in writing via events@caldermeadefarm.com

If notification is received:-
• More than 5 working days from event date - A full refund will be provided
• Less than 5 working days from event date - refunds will be granted on a case-by-case basis & may incur a refund and/or cancellation fee
• Less than 24hrs from event date - no refund will be issued

Non Attendances will not be issued refunds if prior notification is not received, as mentioned above.

A full refund will be given to all ticket holders if an event has been cancelled by Caldermeade Farm & Cafe.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
