Terms and Conditions:

Ticket Purchase and Confirmation: All ticket purchases for the Mid-Year Momentum Mixer: Reflect, Refine, Reignite are final and non-refundable. Upon completion of your ticket purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing your ticket(s) and event details.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets are transferable to another individual upon request. To transfer your ticket, please contact the event organizers at least 48 hours prior to the event date. A transfer fee may apply.

Event Cancellation or Rescheduling: In the unlikely event that the Mid-Year Momentum Mixer is cancelled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, or other emergencies, ticket holders will be notified via email as soon as possible. The event organizers will make reasonable efforts to reschedule the event, and tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date. If the event cannot be rescheduled, ticket holders may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of the event organizers.

Event Program and Speakers: While we strive to deliver an exceptional event experience, the event program and speakers are subject to change without notice. The event organizers reserve the right to make substitutions or modifications to the program as necessary.

Code of Conduct: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and professional manner at all times during the event. Harassment or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event without refund.

Photography and Videography: By attending the Mid-Year Momentum Mixer, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional and marketing purposes. The event organizers reserve the right to use any photographs, videos, or recordings of attendees for such purposes without compensation.

Liability Waiver: By purchasing a ticket and attending the event, you acknowledge and accept any risks associated with participation, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage. The event organizers, sponsors, and venue are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

Accessibility: We strive to make the event accessible to all attendees. If you have any accessibility requirements or special accommodations, please contact the event organizers in advance to discuss your needs.

Privacy Policy: Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during the ticket purchase process will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Victoria, Australia.
