The Marble Bar Race Club do not provide refunds unless the event has been cancelled. Tickets are transferrable and patrons are required to reallocate ownership at first available opportunity.

Specific reasons where refunds will not be provided:

We do not refund for non-Attendance of a Booking directly or indirectly associated with:
• Personal choice
• Failing to comply with any law or reasonable request made by Event staff or Emergency services
• Or any other reason deemed inappropriate by the Marble Bar Race Club Committee

DEFINITIONS
The following words or phrases have the meaning shown below:

We/Us/Our – The Marble Bar Race Club
Attend – participate in, take part in, use, or be present at.
Booking – The pre-planned and pre-booked service(s)/event(s)/flight(s)/ticket(s) transacted with Us by You.
Event Staff – Security, bar managers, bar staff, vendors or other Event Staff
Emergency Services – Police, Fire and Rescue Service or other Emergency Services.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
