By applying for a ticket to the hey dee ho intergenerational session, I acknowledge and consent to the be bound by the requirements of the aged care facility where they are being held which will include but are not limited to:
1. Everyone over the age of 12 years must wear a facemask at all times
2. Everyone must sign in on arrival
3. Everyone must be prepared to:
a. Sign a declaration stating that they
i. do not have any cold/fever symptoms (Covid-19)
ii. are not a close contact of someone who has COVID-19;
iii. are not currently required to isolate or quarantine including if they have attended an exposure site.
b. Have their temperature taken on arrival
c. Complete a Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) prior to attending and show proof.

Please arrive approx 15 minutes prior to the event start time, so that you can allow for COVID protocols, otherwise you may miss out on the start of the session.

***Please note - if you cannot attend the event, please CANCEL YOUR FREE TICKET, so that those on the waiting list are able to attend.***

All visitors will need to show their TryBooking ticket at the door. Visitors without a ticket will not be permitted in the home.
