BOOKING:
a) Bookings are for a specified period (7 days)
b) Bookings are not confirmed until payment (including refundable bond) is received

CANCELLATION:
a) The hirer acknowledges that, although Eltham Toy Library will make every effort to have the requested party pack available for hire, there may be unforeseen circumstances when the requested Party Pack is not available on the booked date (e.g. due to late returns, damaged items or unexpected closure of the Toy Library on that date). If this occurs, Eltham Toy Library will inform the hirer as soon as possible and a full refund will be issued.

COLLECTION:
a) Our collection time is between 6:00pm-6:30pm Thursday evening. You will be contacted to confirm the exact time
b) Our Little Adventurers Party Park contains multiple large items. Please ensure you bring a large car (or two cars) or trailer to ensure you are able to take all items without a return trip
c) Please bring photo ID with you so we can confirm your booking

CARE OF ITEMS
a) Any items that are hired from Eltham Toy Library remain the property of Eltham Toy Library at all times.
a) Although most party pack items can be used outdoors, constant exposure to the elements will cause deterioration. Please store all items inside or undercover when not in use.
b) A separate page of photos can be provided for step-by-step instructions for Party Pack items requiring assembly.
c) Ensure that all items are assembled correctly, and that the equipment is safe for children’s use before your event
d) If you notice any issues with the equipment, please notify us immediately and do not use the equipment
e) Any damage caused to the hired items, beyond reasonable wear and tear, will be the responsibility of the hirer. Any repair work necessary as a result of damage will be chargeable.

PARTY:
a) Ensure that children are supervised at all times while using the equipment
b) We kindly ask that children do not wear shoes on the soft play equipment
c) The hirer is responsible for the safe use of all items that are hired
d) The hirer accepts liability for any damage or injury to goods or persons caused by the misuse of the items hired

RETURN:
a) We will arrange a return time with you
b) Clean and return all borrowed items within required time frame
c) Please note that if you return items late, you will be charged for an additional week of party hire

BOND/DEPOSIT REFUNDS:
a) Refunds are made by bank transfer within a week of returning toys
b) Deposit refunds will not be made if toys are returned dirty or in poor condition/damaged from the hire period
c) Missing parts (excluding ball pit balls) will incur a charge, which will be deducted from the deposit refund
