By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

1. Ticket Sales and Refunds:
- All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.
- Once a ticket is purchased, it cannot be exchanged or refunded.
- No refunds will be issued for unused or partially used tickets.

2. Ticket Validity:
- Tickets are valid only for the specific performance and date indicated on the ticket.
- Latecomers may be denied entry or seated at the discretion of the theatre management.

3. Lost or Stolen Tickets:
- Lost or stolen tickets will not be replaced.
- Please keep your tickets in a safe place.

4. Seating Arrangements:
- Seating is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The theatre reserves the right to allocate seats based on availability.

5. Photography and Recording:
- Unauthorised photography, audio recording, or video recording during the performance is strictly prohibited.
- Mobile phones and other electronic devices must be turned off during the show.

6. Behaviour and Etiquette:
- Please be respectful to fellow audience members, performers, and theatre staff.
- Any disruptive behavior may result in removal from the theatre without a refund.

7. Health and Safety:
- Attendees are responsible for their own health and safety.
- Follow any health guidelines provided by the theatre or local authorities.

8. Changes and Cancellations:
- The theatre reserves the right to make changes to the performance schedule, cast, or venue.
- In case of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds (if applicable) will be processed.

10. Accessibility Information:
- The venue chosen is fully accessible for anyone with mobility access requirements.
- While our goal is to make "Gallipoli: A Story Untold" as accessible as possible, we are yet to confirm the availability of support for every category of need and as such believe that this event is currently only partially accessible.
- Accessible entrance and toilets are available, wheelchair accessible entrance at the main entrance, staff available to guide audience members with access needs, accessible entrance that can be accessed independently, currently no availability of a hired hearing loop that can be organised with prior booking.

11. Content Warnings:
- Please be advised that "Gallipoli: A Story Untold" contains the following:
- Discussion of War and Fighting: The play deals with the realities of war, including descriptions of combat situations.
- Audio of Men Dying: There will be a brief moment with audio depicting the sounds of men dying in battle. This could be triggering for people with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) or other mental health conditions.
- Themes of Alcohol Consumption: One scene, lasting approximately 5 minutes, portrays characters consuming alcohol and acting inebriated.
