FAQS/TERMS AND CONDITIONS
You agree to abide by the following terms and conditions by purchasing a stall space from Fab Finds Markets. It is the seller's responsibility to read and understand the following Terms and Conditions. There are no refunds due to a lack of knowledge of anything included in this Terms and Conditions document.
CAN I PURCHASE MORE THAN ONE SPACE?
Yes, you can purchase multiple stalls and combine the spaces.
If you purchase stalls in separate transactions, please advise via email info@fabfindsmarkets.com.au to ensure they are side by side.
CAN I SHARE A STALL SPACE?
Sure! We recommend no more than two sellers per regular stall space. Overflow is not allowed due to space constraints.
WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME AS A SELLER?
Sellers must also advertise their stalls personally to social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram etc.
WHAT DOES A STALL INCLUDE, AND WHAT ARE THE COSTS?
Outdoor stalls spaces are $40 for a 3mx3m fashion or Small Business seller's space.
There is a choice of two indoor stall sizes. Regular is $50 for 2.5m x 2.5m. XL stalls are $80 for a 2.5m x 4.5m seller's space.
A marked & numbered selling space.
Bathroom/communal change area.
A Seller's Guide will have vital information for the day with handy sellers tips.
Fab Finds Markets utilises street signage, social media accounts, online advertising, flyers etc., to advertise an event on behalf of sellers.
We will do our best to accommodate special requests. You must email us when booking, e.g., next to a friend, an exit or bathroom etc.
WHAT DOES MY SELLER FEE NOT INCLUDE?
There are no Gazebo's supplied for outdoor stallholders, BYO.
Bags, cash floats, signage
Racks, tables, clothes hangers, display items or floor coverings etc. are not included but can be hired.
Tables are $5 per table (2m long), single clothes racks are available for $10 and Double for $15. Gazebo $25. You can hire them online at the time of booking your stall.
WHAT TIME DO I NEED TO BE THERE AS A SELLER
Bump in as a stallholder is strictly from 6:45 am
WHAT CAN I SELL AT FAB FINDS MARKETS?
Second-hand clothing, shoes, hats and accessories for women, men, children and babies.
These items can be brand new, pre-loved, handmade or vintage.
No damage, rips, pulls, tears, splits, stains etc. Items must be of good quality with a lot of life left in them.
I HAVE A BUSINESS, BUT IT'S NOT FASHION-BASED...CAN I SELL AT FAB FINDS MARKETS?
Yes, we love to support the makers and creators' community and love anything that's good for the planet. Still, we limit business stalls and bric-a-brac at each event to keep a clear focus on fashion, recycling and sustainability.

WHAT CAN'T I SELL AT FAB FINDS MARKET?
The QLD Government, Office of Fair Trading, administers a range of national mandatory safety and information standards and bans for particular products supplied in the consumer marketplace, including weekend markets. Standards apply to children's toys, nursery furniture, nightwear, cosmetics and care labelling on clothing and textiles.
Due to insurance restrictions, you cannot sell the following items: used sleepwear, underwear or swimwear, makeup, cosmetics and or fragrances.
Candle stallholders must ensure they have the correct insurance.
Full details of these regulated consumer products can be viewed and downloaded from the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) website at www.productsafety.gov.au.
FLOORING RULES:
Any items bought into the hall must not scratch, mark or damage the hardwood floor
Floor coverings, rugs are highly encouraged for aesthetic and protective reasons.
Suitcases, clothing racks, boxes, with or without wheels, must be picked up and carried into the venue.
Pop up tents, gazebos or any other temporary covered structures are NOT permitted INSIDE the venue.
INSURANCE:
Fab Finds Markets holds current Public Liability insurance of $10,000,000.
Are you a casual stallholder without Market Insurance cover? Don't worry, we provide you with Public and Product Liability insurance, it's all included in the price of your ticket.
SAFETY:
Sellers agree to set up their stalls safely and securely to ensure the safety of sellers, the general public and Fab Finds Markets staff.
Fab Finds Markets reserves the right to remove anything from the market that is deemed unsafe for sale.
Fab Finds Markets is not responsible for any injury or accidents caused by sellers due to negligence to safely conduct themselves or their stall.
Sellers and the general public are required to fill in an incident report if an incident occurs. Please see a Fab Finds staff member.
It is best for everyone's safety to secure your Gazebo or other outside stall covers by using leg weights or sandbags.
SELLER SECURITY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Sellers are responsible for their stall security, monies and stock.
Fab Finds Markets take no responsibility for theft, loss or damage.
Would you please take ALL rubbish with you?
Do not begin packing up before 12pm unless advised by Fab Finds Staff or you have a personal emergency.
By booking a stall from Fab Finds Markets, the seller acknowledges the risk of having a market stall and is aware of the size, requirements, obligations and agrees to this and all terms and conditions.
WEATHER
Fab Finds Markets is an all-weather event.
A Gazebo/Marquee with leg weights or sandbags, or an Umbrella with a weighted base. Also, a Tarp to cover stock if rain develops over the morning is handy.
Suppose there is a significant weather event predicted. We will decide on the market day if the market will be cancelled and rescheduled. Fab Finds will notify stallholders at 5 am via email and social media.
We will postpone the event to a future date. If you can't make that date, we are happy for you to transfer the stall to a friend or someone else; please email details to info@fabfindsmarkets.com.au. Fab Finds cannot give a refund.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY SPACE?
Unfortunately, refunds or transfers to another market date are not available.
CAN I TRANSFER OR SELL MY STALL TO SOMEONE ELSE?
Yes. If you are unable to attend, you can transfer your space to someone else.
Please email us at info@fabfindsmarkets.com.au with the new stallholder's name and contact email.
FAB FINDS RIGHT TO TERMINATE STALL SPACE:
Failure to arrive on the day of the market is non-refundable. Would you please advise if you won't be attending?
Fab Finds Markets reserves the right to terminate a stall at any given time, either before or during the market, if sellers: threaten, demonstrate inappropriate, disruptive or disrespectful behaviour to anyone, including Fab Finds Markets staff or the general public.
Failing to adhere to Fab Finds Markets terms and conditions, commit a criminal act whilst at our market, fail to arrive and set up in designated times, or comply with ACCC regulations and rules.
FAB FINDS MARKETS LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY:
Fab Finds Markets is in no way responsible for your items selling and how much money sellers can or will make at any given event.
Fab Finds Markets provides a venue and space to sell your items at a professional, well-organised event.
Advertising to potential shoppers via various channels
We are not responsible for any financial returns to individual sellers on the day.
We will give no refunds for elements out of our control, such as competing events, inclement weather or low shopper attendance.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
