A refund can be processed if your booking needs to be cancelled 7 days before event.
If the booking needs to be cancelled under 7 days before event no refund is available as food has been purchased and preparation has begun. Ticket can be transferred to another name if under 7 days organised by the ticket holder and notification sent to info@bayfusion.com.au
