Refund Policy for Stella Maris P&F events

At Stella Maris P&F we are committed to ensuring a positive experience for all participants in our events. We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please take a moment to review our simple refund policy for our fundraiser event:

1. Refund Eligibility:
Refunds will be considered only for purchases made for Stella P&F Run events. To be eligible, you must submit a refund request to pandf@stellamaris.nsw.edu.no less than 72 hours before the event day unless otherwise specified by the venue or facilities supplier.

2. Valid Refund Reasons:
We will provide refunds in the following situations:
• Event Cancellation: If the fundraiser event is cancelled by Stella Maris P&F you will receive a full refund of your purchase.
• Incorrect Purchase: If you made a purchase in error or purchased duplicate items, please contact us within the refund request period for a refund.

3. Refund Process:
To request a refund, please get in touch with pandf@stellamaris.nsw.edu and provide the following information:
• Your name
• Contact information
• Order number
• Reason for refund request
• Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.

4. Refund Disbursement:
Approved refunds will be processed within 2 business days via the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. No Refund Situations:
We do not offer refunds in the following cases:
• No-shows: Refunds will not be issued if you do not attend the event without prior notice.
• Late Refund Requests: Refund requests made after the specified refund request period will not be considered.
• If we have already purchased the space/tickets/passes, refunds will not be consider, though we are open to the ticketing being sold or passed on as long as pandf@stellamaris.nsw.edu is notified

Stella Maris P&F reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to participants through our official communication channels.
