REGISTRATION FEES
Payment in full of any applicable Fees for Summer School 2025 is due upon registration. If such payment is insufficient or declined for any reason, Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand may refuse entry to the Event.
Payments of Summer School fees are expressed in $ AUD. Exchange rates apply for foreign transactions, at the attendee’s expense.
TICKETS
Your ticket is proof of purchase for the event and must be presented at the time of admission.
Participants may not sell, transfer, or share their event ticket(s). In the case a registered participant is no longer able to attend Summer School 2025, they may request, in writing to info@anatomytrainsaustralia.com, to be substituted by (an)other individual(s) at least 14 business days in advance of attending the Event and subject to approval. Although we may be able to grant your request for a substitution, we may not be able to accommodate specific dietary requirements.
ORGANISER'S RIGHTS
Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand endeavours to ensure the Summer School 2025 schedule and speaker line-up are correct at the time of the event. All advertised details are correct at the time of publishing.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to alter the schedule prior to the event without notice.
We also reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. In the unlikely event that Summer School 2025 is cancelled or postponed, no compensation will be provided for cancelled/amended travel arrangements. We advise that all travel be booked with flexible cancellation policies.
EVENT DELIVERY
In the case of a change in government restrictions and advice, Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to make the decision to deliver the event in a digital format.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
Travel to and attendance at Summer School 2025 is the responsibility of the participant.
Participants are responsible for their own expenses, such as; travel, accommodation, and visas. It is advised to make travel arrangements with flexible cancellation policies.
Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand is not obliged to provide any advice or assistance relating to the obtaining of visas. Failure by any participant to obtain a visa to attend the event shall not entitle them to a refund of any fees. We strongly recommend registering for the event, only AFTER an Australian visa has been granted (in the case of a visa being required).
PARTICIPANT DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand of any dietary requirements including allergies.
Participants will be asked about dietary requirements during registration. If there are any changes, the participant must notify Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand as soon as possible.
Changes to dietary requests made less than 14 business days before the event start date on 13th January 2025, may not be accommodated.
PARTICIPANT MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the participant to inform Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand of any medical conditions that might affect their participation, or any allergies that they might have, in case of an emergency or incident.
Participants will be asked about medical conditions during registration. If there are any changes, the participant must notify Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand as soon as possible.
Participants attend and participate at their own risk.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Intellectual Property Rights relating to Summer School 2025 are the property of Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand or its speakers.
Participants may use the content solely for their personal use and benefit, and not for resale, distribution, or other commercial purposes.

NOTICE OF FILMING AND PHOTOGRAPHY
By attending Summer School 2025, you acknowledge that photographs and filming may take place at the event.
Anatomy Trains Australia & New Zealand reserves the right to use images and videos recorded at the event for archival and promotional purposes on our website, social media channels, print materials, and/or in any third-party publication, without obtaining any further approval from you or making any payment to you.
If you do not wish for your photograph or footage to be taken, please notify the photographer during the event and we will use reasonable endeavours to comply with your request.
CANCELLATION POLICY
A full refund, less a $250 (inclusive of GST) processing fee, is applicable on cancellation requests made in writing to info@anatomytrainsaustralia.com within 10 days of registration via TryBooking. No refunds are available for cancellations made more than 10 days after registration via TryBooking.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
