These events typically book out therefore, if you are unable to attend, we can offer you the following:

- A full refund of your investment up to 24 hrs prior to the event. This will allow us to book another person in.

- If more than 24 hours before the event - we are happy to transfer the ticket to one of the next Bowl Tea Sessions;

- If it is less than 24 hours before the event, please consider gifting your ticket to another person.

- If less than 24 hours before the event, and you are unable to find a replacement, we would appreciate your understanding of no refund.
