1. The ticket is proof of purchase for the DanceScape 2024.
2. You are required to present your ticket at admission. Only one person can enter the event with a valid purchased ticket.
3. The venue door entry will be open at 3:45pm for the 4:00pm start. The program is expected to finish by 8:15pm.
4. Tickets are not to be duplicated to falsify entry.
5. Gold Family & Silver Family – 2 Children up to age of 15 years. Children under the age of 3 does not need a ticket and will not be provided with a separate seat.
6. Please choose carefully, as no cancellations or refunds will be available. That said, event organiser may allow cancellations/ refunds at their discretion.
7. DanceScape 2024 will be presented by four individual dance schools based in Melbourne. The four schools will present their art through a combination of solo and group performances at their discretion during their allocated timeslot at the event. These performances may or may not include their founder/ art director. The performances can include both professional and student artists of the dance schools.
8. DanceScape promotional material leading to the event will be sourced from multiple content including four dance school websites, recent/ current performances, and rehearsal sessions. These are indicative in purpose to showcase their art for marketing purposes. The actual dance recitals at the event may or may not include the ones advertised through the promotions.
9. The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
10. This ticket may be valid as a tax invoice or receipt.

12. Entry to the venue after the program starts will be at a logical interval. It is likely to be after 45 minutes, as every classical dance style is planned to be presented for 45 minutes.
13. No event photography or video recording is allowed by the patrons. The event organiser has all rights to film, photo, and video production of this event.
14. A full refund will be issued to all patrons (except for the 50c booking fee for the ticket charged by Trybooking) if the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances.
15. The event will go ahead if 3 out of the 4 classical dance styles can be presented. A 10% refund, (excluding 50c booking fee and 2.5% credit card processing fee), will be issued to the patrons in an event if 1 of the 4 classical dance styles cannot be presented, due to unforeseen circumstances.
16. Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will strictly follow the Privacy of Information Act.
