By participating in the 2024 Gala Day Raffle, the entrant agrees to these Terms and Conditions.

The 2024 Gala Day Raffle will be drawn by Oakhill College Principal, Br Steve Hogan or his representative.
The 2024 Gala Day Raffle will be drawn at 2:50pm at Oakhill College, 25 May 2024. (Time may vary. We reserve the right to change the time dependent on rugby matches on the day).
The result of the 2024 Gala Day Raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
In the draw for the winners, the major prize will be drawn first, and the other prizes(should there be any) will be drawn in descending order of the prize number and value.
Winners will be contacted by phone & email. A full list of prize winners will be published in both the Oakhill College website and local newspaper within seven (7) days of the draw.
Entrants need not be present to win. Prizes cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash.
If the prize winner is under the age of 18 years, the prizes will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians.
Prize values are the recommended retail value as provided by supplier/website and are correct at time of publishing. All prices are in Australian dollars where applicable include GST.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated accepts no responsibility for any variation in prize value. Where a prize is unavailable for any reason, Oakhill College may substitute for that prize another item of equal or higher value as determined by the College, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in NSW.
To enter the 2024 Gala Day Raffle, entrants must during the Competition Period: purchase a Raffle Ticket from The Oakhill Parents & Friends Association Incorporated via electronic means and complete the information required to purchase the Raffle Ticket (which includes the Entrant full name, address and contact number/e-mail).
Competition Period starts 15 April 2024 at 9am and finishes 25 May 2024 at 1:50pm.
Entrants are not restricted or limited to the number of raffle tickets which may be purchased during the competition period.
The Core Office Holders of the Oakhill Parent & Friends Association Incorporated are not eligible to participate in this raffle.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply strictly with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
Failure by The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated will make all reasonable efforts to locate the winners and deliver the prizes If any prizes remain unclaimed The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association will deal with such prizes in accordance with the law.
The Prizes have been provided by third parties and are subject to the terms and conditions relating to the use of the Prize (which may include validity period). Details of these terms and conditions will be provided when the prize is claimed.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated takes no responsibility for resolving any disputes between the Prize Winner and the relevant third party.
All 2024 Gala Day Raffle prizes are the property of The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated until such time that a winner takes prize.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated reserves the right to change prizes or prize value, the date or method prize winners are determined, the authority holder or a significant change to the number of tickets.
If this 2024 Gala Day Raffle is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated, The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law and subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority (if any) to: disqualify any Participant; and/or modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the 2024 Gala Day Raffle as appropriate.
The Prize winner consents to The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated using their name, likeness, and image for an unlimited period and without remuneration for marketing and publicity use, if requested by The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated along with Oakhill College Entities shall not be liable (including, without limitation, in negligence) for: any loss or damage whatsoever that is suffered (including, but not limited to, indirect or consequential loss); or any personal injury suffered or sustained, during the course of participating in this 2024 Gala Day Raffle or use of the Prize, except for and to the extent that any liability cannot be excluded by law.
The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated will collect and use the personal information which the entrant has provided for the purposes of carrying out the 2024 Gala Day Raffle only.
If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of infection by computer virus, mobile network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any cause beyond the control of The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, The Oakhill College Parents & Friends Association Incorporated may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in NSW, where required.
