4. *Cancellation or Postponement*: In the event of cancellation or postponement, ticket holders will be notified, and refunds or ticket transfers may be offered at the discretion of the organizer.
5. *Resale*: Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without the organizer's prior consent. Resale at a price higher than face value is strictly prohibited.
6. *Liability*: The organizer is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained by ticket holders while attending the event, except where such liability cannot be excluded under law.
7. *Program Changes*: The organizer reserves the right to make changes to the event program, including performers, schedule, and venue, without prior notice.
8. *Age Restrictions*: Some events may have age restrictions. Ticket holders may be required to provide identification to verify their age.
