• This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per person.
• This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.
• This event has a maximum capacity and ticket availability will end once capacity is reached. There will be a waiting list in the event of any cancellations once the maximum has been reached.

Privacy
• The Event Organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event for promotional purposes.
• Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with Privacy Act 1988.

Cancellations & Refunds
• This event will not be cancelled due to the forecast of rain.
• The event may be rescheduled due to severe weather warnings or any other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any attendees displaying antisocial behaviour will be asked to leave the site and will not be eligible for a refund.

OH&S
• This is an outdoor event and attendees must wear enclosed footwear and clothing items suitable for the outdoors which may get dirty.
• Sunscreen will be provided.
• As catering is provided all food allergies must be made known to the Event Organiser prior to the event.

Liability
• The Event Organiser is not responsible for the loss, damage or theft of property.
• You, and any members of your group, are liable for any damages caused to property or to the planting site.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
