Cancellation/Substitution Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing by email to events@esia.asn.au. Cancellations received by 14 May will be accepted and
fee refunded less a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after 14 May cannot be accepted, however a transfer of registration to
another person will be accepted. Substitutions can be made at any time. Please advise of substitutions in writing by email to ensure
a correct name tag can be made available at the registration desk and for administrative and safety purposes.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
