Substitution & cancellation policy:
If, after booking, you are unable to attend, you are welcome to nominate someone else to attend in your place. If the substitute is not in the same ticket category that was originally booked, i.e. an Early Bird Ticket sale replaces a Standard Ticket Sale, an additional fee may be due to reflect the correct rate for the substitute person to attend.
Please advise Inclusive OT via email training@inclusiveot.com.au. Substitutions can only be made up to 24 hours before the start of the event.
CPD hours will be allocated to the substitute attendee.
Places at Inclusive OT events cannot be shared.
If you cannot attend and cannot find a substitute, Inclusive OT will credit your account with us and can transfer the ticket value to another of our Events or online modules. Please advise in writing if you will need us to set up a credit note. Credit notes are valid for 12 months after the original ticket purchase.
If you would like a refund, requests must be in writing to training@inclusiveot.com.au The effective date is the date of dispatch. Cancellation more than 30 days before the Event: 100% refund of the fees. Cancellation 30 days or less before the Event: no refund
Participant Requirements:
Your registration entitles you to access to the venue for the duration of the scheduled event.
Recording, videotaping or live streaming of the Event is strictly prohibited.
CPD hours will be automatically tracked and awarded based on attendance per Seminar session. This record cannot be transferred or shared.
TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
