By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about the Event by email from the Event Organiser.

Ticket holders must be at the starting location within 10 minutes of their scheduled booking time to check in and be taken to the event space.

Wilson Botanic Park Berwick reserves the right to refuse entry to patrons who exhibit negative or harsh behaviour to staff, fellow ticket holders of Dino Safari and general public in the park.

Dino Safari is an outdoor experience and therefore will continue in all light weather conditions including wind and showers. If the weather reports dangerous winds or heavy rain the event organiser will determine if the session will be cancelled and all ticket holders will be contacted via phone contact to organise refund or reschedule of the session time.

Unless an event is cancelled or rescheduled (and you cannot or do not wish to attend the rescheduled event), refunds and exchanges are not permitted. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered as a result of a change in your personal circumstances or your enjoyment of the program.

Replacement of lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed tickets will only be provided if the authenticity of the ticket and proof of purchase can be verified. Wilson Botanic Park Berwick will have no liability to the purchaser if they admit the holder of a lost or stolen ticket in place of the purchaser, even if they have replaced the purchaser’s ticket.

Tickets may not be resold at a premium or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services without prior written consent provided by Wilson Botanic Park Berwick. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the bearer of the ticket will be refused admission.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.
