TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ATTENDING DOUDOULE Latin Dance Festival - FULL VELOCITY 2025

Welcome to DouDouLe - Full Velocity 2025, By purchasing a ticket and attending this event, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Ticket Refunds: Refund requests will be accepted prior to August 15th, 2025. To request a refund, please contact the Event Organiser.

2. Ticket Changes: Transferring of tickets is at the discretion of the event organisers and will attract an administration fee of $50. Transfer requests must be submitted via email up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

3. Wristbands: Wristbands will be provided upon entry and must be worn at all times during the event. This helps our staff ensure a smooth and secure experience for all attendees. Wristbands are NOT-TRANSFERABLE and NON-EXCHANGEABLE. If you require a replacement, you must present your broken wristband and pay a $20 replacement fee. Lost wristbands will not be replaced, and you will be required to purchase a new pass to attend the event.

5. Enjoy Responsibly: We encourage all guests to enjoy DouDouLe Latin Dance Festival responsibly. Your safety and the enjoyment of all attendees are our top priorities.

6. Changes & Cancellations: Please note that artists' attendance and all schedules, including but not limited to workshops, seminars, masterclasses, classes, shows, parties, and competitions, are subject to change without notice.

7. Performers/Workshop Participants: Performers and workshop participants must hold a Full Pass to participate.

8. Passes/Transfers: Early bird passes and special deals cannot be transferred. Passes can be transferred to another holder or to the following year’s event with a $50 administration fee. Transfer requests must be done via email up to 2 weeks prior to the event.

9. Refunds for Event Cancellation: If the event is cancelled, attendees can choose to either transfer their pass to the following year's DouDouLe event or receive a refund of the amount paid. Transfer and refund requests must be done via email within 30 days after the last day of the scheduled event. An admin fee of $50 is payable at the time of transfer or refund.

10. Allowing Us to Use Your Image: By attending the event, you grant us the unrestricted right and permission to use your image in printed or digital promotional materials, including but not limited to websites, social media, flyers, banners, and videos.

11. Exhibitors/Stall Holders: A single booth includes one Full Pass that can only be used by the booth hirer and is not transferable, and one Exhibitor Pass that can be given to anyone nominated by the booth hirer. The exhibitor pass does not allow the nominated pass holder to compete and/or perform.

12. Conditions of Entry: All attendees must adhere to the entry conditions of Twin Towns, including compliance with NSW Health regulations, responsible service of alcohol, and dress code standards.

13. Responsible Service of Alcohol: To comply with RSA laws, event staff must not serve alcohol to anyone showing signs of intoxication. Drunk and disorderly patrons will be removed from the premises.

14. Responsible Conduct of Gambling: The venue is committed to providing a safe environment where the potential harm associated with gambling is minimised. Problem gambling support services are available.

15. Dress Code: Casual, clean attire is acceptable. Footwear must be worn. Beach/swimwear, immodest sleeveless shirts, and soiled clothing are examples of unacceptable dress. Management reserves the right to enforce dress standards.

16. Respect at Work Act 2022 (Sexual Harassment): All workers and attendees are entitled to a safe environment free from sex-based misconduct. Unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the property and further disciplinary action.

17. Signing into the Clubs: Entry to the club is subject to relevant state government legislation. Non-members must produce photographic ID and sign in as visitors. Guests residing within a five-kilometre radius of the club must be a member or the guest of a member to use the facilities.
