BOOKING & REFUNDS
Payment must be made at time of booking. Refunds will not be given within 5 (five) business days. This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission. Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
LIVE ENTERTAINMENT & ALLOCATED SEATING
Seating will be allocated to tables based on booking times and table selected. Veneto Club may require changes or moving of allocated seating dependent on bookings. Some shows may contain strobe lighting and/or theatrical haze which may affect light sensitive patrons.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS & SPECIAL REQUESTS
Any dietary requirements requested during the event will incur an extra charge ($30 per meal), which must be paid for at the time of ordering during the event. Please note we are NOT a nut-free, gluten-free, or allergen-free venue. We will endeavour to take all precautions necessary. Any special requests must be communicated via email with at least 5 (five) business days, otherwise there is no guarantee requests can be accommodated.
Veneto Club has the right to reject requests made on the day of the show they feel will compromise the comfort of other patrons and the smooth running of the event.
FOOD & BEVERAGE– NO Food or beverages are permitted to be brought into the premises for consumption.
LIQUOR LICENSING REQUIREMENTS – Management reserves the right to exclude or remove any person from an event or other areas of the venue as per the Liquor Control Act of Victoria. Under no circumstances are minors (under 18 years old) permitted to consume alcohol.
The club follows strict Responsible service of alcohol practices as per liquor licencing requirements. Shots are not permitted in the venue.
RESPONSIBLE SERVING OF ALCOHOL – The Veneto Club practices responsible serving of alcohol, meaning that intoxicated or argumentative patrons will not be served and will be asked to leave.
RESPONSIBILITY – Veneto Club does not accept responsibility for damage to or loss of any client property. This applies to all areas of the Veneto Club. The Veneto Club strictly adheres to Health, Liquor, Gaming and Safety Acts of Federal and State Regulations; the Organisers and their guest also undertake to conform to these regulations.
PRICING – All prices have been based on current costs and are subject to change. Price changes will be advised. All prices are GST inclusive.
UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES – In the event of inability to comply with any of the provisions of this contract by any cessation or interruptions of gas, electricity, industrial dispute, plant or equipment failure, extremes in weather conditions, unavailability of food, other unforeseen contingency or accident, the Veneto Club Management reserves the right to cancel any bookings and refund any deposits at any time.
DRESS CODE – The event organiser agrees that all guests will abide by the dress code rules of neat casual attire is enforced by the regulations of the VENETO CLUB. Shoes MUST always be worn
