• This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
• This ticket is non-transferable, and tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
• This ticket sales is final and not refundable
• The Event Organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
• This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking

• Tickets cannot be on-sold by any means at a price greater than the purchase price of the ticket. Scalped tickets may be cancelled, and the ticket holder denied entry.
• Any persons who are noisy, drunk, threatening or unruly will be asked to leave the premises.
• The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
• Any data collected for marketing purposes from this event will be strictly in accordance with the Privacy of Information Act.
• Your data will not be used for marketing purposes unless consent was provided at the point of purchase. You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting visakhansw@gmail.com

Venue Terms & Conditions:
• The Epping Club practices Responsible Service of Alcohol. If any guests or delegates at a function are deemed to be reaching intoxication or are under the legal drinking age they will be refused alcoholic beverages and may be asked to leave the premises. Breaching RSA laws incur fines of up to $5,500, both to the club and to any persons supplying alcohol to an intoxicated or under age individual. Employees of the Epping Club have a duty of care to all guests and patrons. The Epping Club strives to ensure that each visit is a pleasant and safe experience.
