In purchasing this ticket, I promise that:
1. I am a current member of Swordcraft Ltd and have agreed to the terms and conditions of membership.
2. I will comply with all directions from Swordcraft Ltd officials including about game play, health and safety, site rules, and emergency management.
3. I will comply with the Swordcraft Ltd game rules and event rules published by Swordcraft Ltd.
4. If I am over 18, to not consume so much alcohol as to create a nuisance or disrupt the event.
5. If I am under 18, to not comsume alcohol.
6. To not bring or use illigal drugs at the event.
7. If I bring children under the age of 15 to the event, be responsible for their behaviour at all times and provide adequate supervision.
8. If I am injured and the medics provided by Swordcraft Ltd deem that I need to be urgently transported to hospital by ambulance, I agree to such transport at my own cost.
9. That if I breach any of these promises, I acknowledge and accept that Swordcraft Ltd may at its complete discretion remove me from the event without notice or right of appeal.
10. If Swordcraft Ltd cancels the event prior to or during the event, my right to a refund is limited to the amount of the ticket price LESS any booking or credit card fees and less any unrecoverable expenses incurred by Swordcraft Ltd in preparing for and running the event.
11. That in purchasing this ticket, I acknowledge that I do not have a right of refund if I am unable to or choose not to attend the event and that Swordcraft Ltd provides no guaratees that I will be able to transfer my ticket to a third party.
