1.This ticket is proof of purchase of the above event and must be presented at the time of admission.
2.Tickets are not to be duplicated for the purpose of falsifying entry.
3. Event Organiser reserves the right to combine tables that are under the 10 seating capacity.
4. Doors open at 11.30am and the bar opens at noon with lunch served soon after. It is difficult to hold meals back so pls try to be on time for the lunch. Bar closes at 4pm.
5. If you missed notifying the Event Organiser of any dietary needs, pls do so at least 3 weeks before the event by contacting Sonia on 0414921149.
6. You may request to cancel your booking by contacting Sonia (redsonia50@optusnet.com.au)
A full refund* is possible up to 6 wks before 27/10/2024 (ie 15/9/2024). A full refund* will be provided to the credit card that you used to make your booking. 50% refund is possible 5 weeks before 27/10/2024 (ie 22/9/2024), no refund after 22/9/2024 is possible. Please note the per ticket fee (50c) is non-refundable. It is a service fee for using the system and have the booking managed on the TryBooking platform. The customer will see the funds return to their account within 5-10 business days
7. Tickets can not be refunded after 22/9/24 but tickets can be resold or given to other people if you are unable to attend. Please contact Sonia 0414921149 and notify her of the change. A proof of resale may be asked of you at the door.
8.It is a condition of each ticket to this event that the ticket may not be resold for an amount that is more than 110% of the original amount paid for the ticket. Resale of tickets in breach of this condition is an offence under NSW Fair Trading laws.
9. Event Organiser requests everyone be respectful of other guests. Any unacceptable behaviour will not be tolerated and should it continue the guest will be asked to leave the venue with no refund.
10.The event organiser has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event.
11. If the event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued to all patrons.
12. This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking
