YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF BOOKING ASSUMES THAT YOU HAVE READ AND ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED FOR THE GEAS 2025 EXHIBITION
By signing and participating, I agree to the terms and conditions of entry and I authorise GEAS, its assigns and transferees a limited royalty free license to use and publish my artwork submitted and accepted for exhibition in the GEAS 2024 Exhibition, for any lawful purpose, including for example, publicity, advertising, and web content, which relates to the said exhibition.

I agree I will provide clear instruction to a proxy if I am unable to deliver or collect work personally on installation/ De-Installation. I understand if I fail to make clear instruction the work will be taken to a safe, secure location for subsequent pickup.

In the event that I am the major prize winner, I agree to provide 6-10 images of my art works ( in image size not exceeding 2MB each) for promotional activities in the subsequent exhibition , from which a higher quality resolution image may be selected and used for the aforementioned promotional activities. I further authorise GEAS, its assignees and transferees a limited royalty free license to use and publish my artwork submitted for any lawful purpose, including for example, publicity, advertising, and web content, which relates to the next Annual Members’ Exhibition.

Participation fee per each artwork is $ 25 large scale work over 100 cm x 100 cm not exceeding a maximum linear dimension of2.0m or 200cm in and not exceeding 2sq.m area (200cm x 200cm) including Multi-element works
$ 20 small - medium scale work under 100cm x 100 cm or not otherwise exceeding a nett area of 1.0 sq,m, or as otherwise scheduled on Trybooking registration form


Payment must be made by registration day , NOT Delivery Day as per previous Exhibitions
