The 2024 Ballarat Dragon Boat Festival Carnival is organized by CPCA (Chinese Professionals Club of Australia), serving as the host, with CACSB (Chinese Australian Cultural Society Ballarat) as the co-host for the event. Supported by the Victorian State Government through the Multicultural Festivals and Events Program, this event is open to the public, aiming to promote cultural diversity and understanding.
