Booking Confirmation: Your booking for the WA Wildlife Quiz night is confirmed upon receipt of the booking form and payment.

Payment: Payment for the booking must be made in full prior to the event, unless otherwise agreed upon. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by the organisers.

Event Details: The date, time, and location of the Quiz night will be specified in the booking confirmation. Any changes to these details will be communicated to the booking contact person in a timely manner.

Capacity and Attendance: The maximum capacity for the event will be specified by the venue. Attendees must adhere to this capacity limit, and additional attendees may not be permitted entry.

Behaviour: All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner. Any behaviour deemed disruptive or offensive by the organisers may result in removal from the event without refund.

Alcohol: Alcohol will be served at the event. Attendees must be of legal drinking age and consume alcohol responsibly. The organisers reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who appears to be intoxicated or underage. Strictly no BYO alcohol.

Liability: The organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained by attendees during the Quiz night, except in cases of negligence on the part of the organisers.

Photography and Videography: By attending the event, attendees consent to be photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. If attendees do not wish to be photographed or filmed, they must notify the organizers in advance.

Cancellation: In the event that the Quiz night is cancelled by the organisers, a full refund will be provided to all booked attendees.

Amendments: These terms and conditions may be subject to amendments or updates at the discretion of the organisers. Any changes will be communicated to booked attendees in advance.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [insert relevant jurisdiction].
