Please read and follow the terms and conditions of your site booking.

VENUE
- Monto Showgrounds
- Access from Oxley Street, Monto
- The Showgrounds are in a central location for the events throughout the weekend of the Monto 100 Year Festival, which will variously be held at the Monto Racecourse, Newton Street, Lions Park and the Monto Three Moon Historical & Cultural Complex.

BOOKINGS
- Pre-bookings are essential. We cannot accept bookings on the day.
- Bookings are ONLY available online through the Trybooking page. There are NO facilities to book via phone or in-person.
- Sites are available between 1st to 8th October 2024.
- Please be aware that individual bookings will be required for each day of your stay, via the TryBooking event booking page.
- Printed tickets need to be displayed on your windscreen as proof of confirmed bookings.
- You must vacate the Showgrounds no later than 8th October. You will need to make other arrangements for your accommodation after this date, if required.

SITES
- Powered and unpowered sites are available on a limited basis.
- Powered site fee is $30/day.
- Unpowered site fee is $15/day.

FACILITIES
- Communal toilets and showers are available for free. These facilities will be regularly checked for cleanliness and replenishing of toilet paper and hand towel paper. However, we recommend bringing your own toilet paper in case we can't get there fast enough to restock!
- A dump point is available.

DOGS
- Dogs are allowed, but must be kept on a lead or in a crate at all times.
- Dogs are not to be left unattended.

CONDITIONS OF USE
- Upon arrival, please follow signs to the designated areas for camping and caravans.
- Please be mindful of others when driving through the Showgrounds or setting up.
- No glass is to be used throughout the campsite.
- No campfires are permitted.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
- Should your plans change and you need to cancel your booking, please contact Monto Magic Tourism Action Group via email mmtag.monto@gmail.com
- If cancellation occurs after 13th September 2024, no refund of booking fees will be available.
