Cancellation policy: No refunds will be made for any cancellation made less than fourteen (14) days before the course or workshop, or for non-attendance at the course or workshop. Refunds for cancelling your ticket more than 14 days before the event will attract a 10% administration charge. The ticket may be transferred to another person.
