Cancellation Refund Policy.

If you are unable to attend the 2024 AFA conference for any reason unfortunately we are not able to offer you a refund unless you cancel before the final payment is provided to the conference venue on 1 August 2024. After this date your conference fees will be with the venue and refunds will not be possible. However, once all conference accounts are settled, if we have a surplus, and this is by no means guaranteed, we will apportion a refund to anyone who was not able to attend conference due to unforeseen circumstances. This may be a full or partial refund depending on numbers of attendees and the quantum of the surplus. Please correspond with the conference treasurer, Glen Bracegirdle via E-mail treasurer@albinismaustralia.org if you should be unfortunate enough to fall into this category.

The AFA cannot take any responsibility for other expenses, such as transport and accommodation charges.
