PROGRAM CANCELLATIONS
• Any program may be cancelled 2 working days before the start date if the minimum number of enrolments has not been received.
• Participants enrolled in a cancelled program will be notified and fully refunded.

REFUNDS
• If a participant withdraws from a program, refunds are payable in special circumstances only and by written application.
• A $10.00 administration fee may be deducted unless Brimbank City Council is responsible for cancellation.
• Refunds will be paid to the original purchaser.
• Proof of identity and and/or proof of purchase (including the order) may be requested.
• Refunds may not necessarily be available at the time the refund is requested.

PRIVACY COLLECTION STATEMENT
Personal information collected on enrolment forms is used solely for the purpose of participating in the program that you have enrolled in. We will share this information with the training provider in order to secure your place in the selected course. The personal information will not be disclosed to any other person unless required by law. You may apply for access and/or make amendment to your personal information if required by contacting Council’s FOI Officer in writing.

TryBooking is an online system for organisations and community groups that has been designed to look after the entire event ticketing and registration needs.

All issues relating to the sale of tickets and the hosting of their associated event(s) are the responsibility of the “Event Organiser” and not that of TryBooking Pty Ltd (Australian Business Number 71126987915).
