By purchasing a ticket you agree to receive information about NAPSA Congress 2025 by email from the Congress Committee.

This ticket is non-transferable and only one ticket is valid per ticket purchased.

This ticket has been created and managed using the TryBooking site and is also subject to the Terms and Conditions of TryBooking.

Cancellation Policy:

Termination of registration for any reason must be given in writing to the Brisbane Congress Organising Committee (congress@napsa.org.au), where:

Notifications received prior to the 17th of October 2024 will receive a full refund
Notifications received prior to the 22nd of November 2024 will receive a 50% refund
Any notifications received on or after the 22nd of November 2024 will be at the discretion of the Brisbane Congress Organising Committee (including any COVID-related illness)

Delegates are to adhere to the following Code of Conduct:

Participants shall be responsible for claims, actions, damages, liability or expenses due to, or arising from, the occurrence on any premises occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of a participant, or arising out of any breach by a participant of any provision of this agreement, including without limitation any claims, actions, damages, liability or expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury or damage to property and such responsibility shalt survive the termination or other expiration of this agreement.

The consumption of alcohol is not permitted outside on accommodation or university grounds, particularly on front lawns.

Delegates will be responsible for all fire brigade call out fees and associated fees if any fire alarms are triggered.

Smoking is prohibited in all university buildings including but not limited to bedrooms, bathrooms, common rooms, walkways, corridors and dining areas. Smoking is permitted in designated smoking areas only.

Lost room keys must be reported to the Brisbane Congress Organising Committee and replacements will be issued at the delegate expense, and replacement fees will apply to the individual (cost of $25 unless adjusted by the accommodation - at which delegate pays the new amount).

Any extra cleaning, damage costs, or lost key fees that are failed to be paid by the individual will be passed onto the branch responsible for the delegate.

Please report any breakages, damages, electrical or plumbing faults immediately. All breakages are to be paid for and guests causing breakages through drunkenness will be asked to leave the accommodation.

Furniture, furnishings and other University/College property must not be removed from student rooms or common areas. Furniture from the areas intended for general use is not to be taken into student rooms.

Noise is to be kept at a minimum after 10pm, please refrain from making any unnecessary noise.

Illegal behaviour is not permitted, including: possession, use or dealing in illegal drugs, violent behaviours and discriminatory language or behaviour.

Guests are to show respect for order, morality and personal rights as a visitor.

NAPSA and the Congress Committee has all rights to film, photo and video production of this event. Photographers and videographers may take content of delegates and other attendees throughout the week. Images and videos of the event may be used by sponsors and may be posted on Congress/NAPSA media channels. If any delegate does not wish to have pictures or video taken of them during the event for potential promotion, they must make the Congress Organising Committee aware of this prior to the event.

We want to ensure we create a welcoming and safe space for all delegates. As such, it is the delegate's responsibility to ensure any social media usage throughout the event is appropriate and non-derogatory. Any delegate who posts anything inappropriate including photos of themselves/another delegate in the Facebook group, twitter feed, etc. may have their registration cancelled and be asked to leave.
