In consideration of and as a condition of acceptance of my entry to this event:
1. I hereby attest and verify that the information I have supplied in this registration is true and correct and I understand that any false information which may be found to have be deliberately provided by me, may lead to my disqualification from the event.
2. I hereby attest and verify that I am physically fit and have sufficiently trained for the event. I further attest and verify that I do not have any physical or intellectual impairment that may make my participation unsafe for myself or others.
3. I, for myself, my heirs, my executors and administrators hereby waive and release the event organisers, it’s agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters, volunteers and any person or body directly or indirectly associated with the event from all claims, demands and proceedings arising out of or connected with my participation in this event and indemnify them against all liability for all injury, loss or damage arising out of/or connected with my participation in this event. This release continues forever and binds my heirs, successors, executors, personal representatives and assigns.
4. I hereby acknowledge that I have sole responsibility for my personal possessions and athletic equipment during the event.
5. I hereby consent to receive such medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during the event.
6. I agree to comply with all the rules and directions of event official and their servants and/or agents.
7. I hereby grant the event organisers and contractors engaged in the event a royalty-free right to use my name, image, and likeness in broadcasts, telecasts, media press and materials and promotional materials connected to the event.
8. I hereby grant the event organisers permission to send me event information and promotional material.
9. I hereby acknowledge that if the event is cancelled due to storm, rain, inclement weather, winds or other ‘Act of God’ conditions or other factors beyond the control of the event organisers, my donation if I have made one shall be non-refundable. In the event of cancelation the event will be rescheduled to a later date.
10. I agree to have my personal details recorded and used by the event organisers and related parties for further communications and the promotion of future events and programs. I agree my personal details may need to be shared with the required authorities for the purpose of contact tracing.
11. I agree to the following; COVID Postponement terms: Registered participants for events that are postponed due to COVID-19 by the state or local health authorities are automatically transferred to the rescheduled date. For those that the new date does not work, we will allow you to cancel your registration.
12. I have read the above declaration and conditions and agree to abide by these and all other terms and directions provided by the event organisers, it’s agents, affiliates, employees, members, sponsors, promoters and volunteers for this for this event.
13. At the event I agree to; Not attend if feeling unwell, use hand sanitiser as required on site, practice social distancing at all times while at the event, keep cough covered and not share equipment.
14. I accept the Terms and Conditions on behalf of all entries in this order.
