TERMS & CONDITIONS: Tickets are available for purchase online at our website or in-person at our studio. All tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. All sales are final, and there are no refunds or exchanges. Once a ticket has been purchased, it cannot be refunded or exchanged for any reason. Please make sure you have selected the correct date and time before completing your purchase. Prodigy Dance Australia reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any performance due to unforeseen circumstances. If a performance is cancelled or rescheduled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible, and refunds will be issued. Prodigy Dance Australia is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Please keep your tickets in a safe place, as they cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. All audience members must have a valid ticket to enter the theatre, regardless of age. Children not yet at school do not require a ticket if they will be sitting on a parent or guardian's lap. The Prodigy Dance Australia Mid Year Showcase is general admission only, and there is no allocated seating. Audience members may select their own seats on a first-come, first-served basis. Prodigy Dance Australia reserves the right to refuse admission or eject any person who disrupts the performance or violates any of the theatre's rules and regulations.
Strictly no flash photography and video recording. Flash photography can be dangerous to performers and can disrupt the performance. Audience members may film & photograph their child's performance without using flash. Prodigy Dance Australia reserves the right to use photographs and videos taken during the performance for promotional purposes. By purchasing a ticket to the Prodigy Dance Australia Mid Year Showcase, you agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
