Parents who are attending with their young children are responsible for their children and must remain with them at all times including escorting them to the toilet when needed.

No refunds are permitted. If you are unable to attend, we suggest to transfer your ticket to another person and contact us to update the ticket with their personal details. Otherwise, as capacity is limited, please contact us to cancel your ticket to allow others to attend.
