Event organiser terms and conditions
- All ages welcome, Children 0-3 years are free of charge
- No BYO the Whitsunday Sailing Club and Bali Hut is a licensed venue
- Tickets are strictly non refundable
- Name changes are permitted please contact the event organiser
- In the unlikely event that Bali Hut Sessions is postponed due to inclement weather the option for a full refund minus ticketing fees will be offered within 30 days
- In the unlikely event that Bali Hut Sessions is cancelled a full refund minus ticketing fees will be issued within 30 days
- Limited wheelchair access if you do require special assistance please contact the event organiser
- Please note there will be a photographer and videographer at the event. If you do not consent to your image being shared please contact the event organiser
