No refund can be given unless the event is canceled by the organiser. In the event of rain the event will proceed unless the rain is too heavy and causes danger. In the event of the event being cancelled due to rain a credit to a future date can be arranged. Once ticket purchases are made the transaction is final and refunds cannot be issued unless the organiser cancels the event.

All participants are required to manage their own ability to interact with the movement and travel aspect of this event. This literally means that all participants accept the fact that this is a walking tour in an open suburban area and every person will be expected to manage their own safety at all times in all ways. From the commencement of the tour to its end, all participants are in complete ownership of their own safety, will love as and where they choose at all times, will interact with the tour, it’s host and presentation material in such a way that they are able to preserve their own safety at all times. No liability will be taken for any injury sustained by any person in any way at all during the course of this event. The purchase price exchanges payment for the ability to listen to the presenter through the tour only.
